Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pinnacle Ayre, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the sneaker resale market, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is incorrect or not as described.
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pinnacleayre@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
- Refunds will only be issued if the claim is approved. Otherwise, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
- All items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with all original packaging.
